Meet Robert Myles Founder
Robert brings over 20 years of construction experience, specializing in high-rise building envelope systems with a focus on waterproofing, roofing, and concrete restoration. He has led critical projects for renowned institutions such as the University of California and the Smithsonian Institute, as well as the restoration of numerous landmark buildings in New York City’s historic districts. His emphasis on construction site safety made him a major advocate for changes in the Florida building code, tirelessly working to make a change in the construction site safety. For the past five years, Robert has been a trusted partner in the Florida market, guiding condominium associations through complex capital improvement projects. Known for his strong leadership, he excels at keeping teams aligned while tightly managing schedules and budgets. Robert's focus has been large structural projects taking place throughout south-east Florida. Robert is a licensed General Contractor and Roofing Contractor in the state of Florida.
Meet Steve Grossmann Executive Vice President
Steven brings over 35 years of experience leading complex construction projects as an executive and Owner’s Representative, working with residential stakeholders, HOA boards, developers, commercial clients, and Fortune 500 companies. He has held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Construction, Global Executive Director of Design and Construction, and Senior Project Executive.
His portfolio spans high-end residential, large-scale condominium restorations in South Florida, commercial interiors in NYC, over 6,000 residential units nationwide, and major sports complexes across the U.S. Steven began his career as a carpenter/general contractor in New York and has since overseen nearly $800M annually in project volume.
With deep expertise in pre-construction, budgeting, design strategy, and execution, Steven is known for delivering projects on time, on budget, and with significant cost savings.
Meet Val Henao Project Lead
Val Henao is a Project Lead specializing in interior design and construction coordination. She oversees projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment between design vision, budgets, and timelines. With a detail-driven and solutions-oriented approach, Val supports seamless transitions between teams, maintains clear communication with stakeholders, and drives projects forward efficiently. Her ability to balance aesthetics with execution allows her to deliver thoughtful, well-managed spaces from start to finish.
