Robert has been in the construction industry for 20+ years and has specialized in high-rise building envelope structures with an emphasis on waterproofing, roofing, and concrete restoration. He’s handled critical projects for the University of California, the Smithsonian Institute and restored several dozen landmark buildings in historic districts in New York City. For the past 5 years, Robert has been involved in bringing value to multiple projects in the Florida market, assisting Condominium Association and navigating capital improvement project. In addition to his technical construction expertise, Robert is adept at keeping construction teams on task while also tightly controlling schedules and budgets. Robert is licensed General Contractor and Roofing Contractor in the state of Florida.
